Fred Lieske-Sales Department

Our sales department has one purpose: to exceed your expectations from test drive to delivery. Our professional sales team is committed to a no-pressure, high integrity approach to your ownership experience. Fred has been with Horner’s for 30 years. He is a GM Mark of Excellence Certified  Sales Manager and a former member of Pontiac and Buick Master Sales Guild. Fred enjoys working in his yard with his wife Patty. They have two children, Courtney and Zack. Stop in and see Fred today.

I believe that our service department is one of the best in the area; we have many customers that drive several miles for our service.

 

Our factory trained technicians have several years of experience in all fields of service.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

All of service technicians are ASE certified and factory trained. Our service department utilizes state of the art diagnostic machines and computerized equipment.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

For your convience, we will pick up your car, truck or SUV, for your scheduled service appointment and then bring it back to you. Or, if you need a ride somewhere after you get here, we?ll be happy to take you to your destination in and around Crawfordsville.

 

AMENITIES

We offer to all of customers who utilize our service department a comfortable waiting room with TV, magazines, and the best popcorn in town. We also offer Early Bird Night Drop-off Service.

 Ron has been involved in the automotive industry for 30 years or more. He takes great pride in having what you need, when you need it. If on occasion he doesn’t have what you want in his vast inventory, he can get most parts overnight. The Finance Department at Horner Pontiac Buick GMC strives to find the right financing to meet our customers’ needs. We offer connections with local banks and with GMAC retail contracts and leasing. Ryan Elliott has been named finance and insurance manager for Horner Pontiac Buick GMC. He will be arranging financing for both new and used vehicles.
Ryan has been in the automobile business for six years. He was a sales associate for two years, a sales manager for two years, and general sales manager for two.
 
When Ryan is not working he enjoys family time with his wife, Sara, and daughter Halle who is three years old. A sibling for Halle is expected to arrive in March. Ryan’s other interests include golf and basketball.

Susan is the title clerk for Horner Pontiac Buick GMC and enters all new and used vehicles into inventory. She also helps in the finance department.

 

She enjoys caring for her dogs and rock collecting (fossils and Indian Beads) in time away from the dealership.

 

Susan and husband Tom have two daughters, Elizabeth and Kathryn; 3 dogs Angus, Bro, and Comrade; and two grand dogs, Hutch and Shamus.
